Job Overview:

Duties:

- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor patient vital signs and symptoms

- Assist in specimen collection processing
- Participate in discharge planning for patients

Requirements:

- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Working knowledge of eClinicalWorks software
- Experience in working with people with developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in ICD-9 coding
- Familiarity with aseptic technique for infection control
- Ability to administer Botulinum toxin treatment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
